Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing BoomTop Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Participation is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. This platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment purposes. If you do not agree to these terms or meet the age requirements, you must exit the premises immediately.
Nature of Whisper Coins (Zero Cash Value)
The exclusive currency of our club is the "Whisper Coin." Whisper Coins are purely virtual tokens used solely for participating in simulated games like BoomTop Reels and Society Roulette. They hold absolutely no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, merchandise, or services, and cannot be transferred between accounts. They exist only to facilitate your entertainment within the platform.
Strict No Real Money Wagering Agreement
BoomTop Society is a free-to-play social casino. We do not offer real money gambling, nor do we provide any opportunity to win real money or tangible prizes based on the outcome of our games. Any success achieved in our simulated games does not imply future success in real-money gambling. All gameplay is for amusement purposes only.
Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use
Members of the BoomTop Society are expected to conduct themselves with vintage decorum. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or exploits to manipulate game outcomes or artificially inflate your Whisper Coin balance. Furthermore, any harassment of other players, attempt to sell virtual accounts, or use of the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banishment.
Intellectual Property Rights
All assets within the BoomTop Society—including but not limited to the lore, character designs, game mechanics, visual assets (such as the Brass Vault and vintage slot symbols), and the BoomTop brand—are the exclusive intellectual property of Advertising Module LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Account Suspension and Termination
BoomTop Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all accumulated Whisper Coins, Cipher Mission progress, and ranks (Initiate, Operative, Master Decoder) will be permanently voided. We bear no liability for the loss of virtual progress.
Limitation of Liability & Disputes
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Velvet Lounge or error-free gameplay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoomTop Society and Advertising Module LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the simulated games. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
